We search for a rental that fits the budget and the household, with location and safety first.

Review before lease
The founders walk prospective homes before any lease is signed, so condition and suitability get assessed first.

Lease, furnish & place
Once approved, Kuhnectt takes on the lease, prepares and furnishes the home, and coordinates move-in.
Accountability
Lease responsibility stays with Kuhnectt.
The organization holds the lease and owns home readiness, and that responsibility never shifts to the resident.

Teachers, nurses, first responders and skilled trades who earn too much for subsidized housing but still cannot find quality housing near work.

Older adults who live independently but need accessible housing with aging-in-place support and protection from rising rents.

Veteran households at every income level, with a focus on those facing homelessness or disability and those living on a fixed income.

Kuhnectt Housing & Community Development expands access to safe and affordable housing for individuals and families across the housing continuum. We do it through development and leasing, rehabilitation, housing navigation, supportive services and strategic partnerships.
We strengthen communities and build pathways to stability and independence. Our initiatives focus on workforce households and independent seniors, on veterans, and on people facing housing instability or homelessness.
Traveling professionals and other market-rate populations may be served through a separate program or affiliate.
